Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply when you use the AK Plast website, download catalogues and data sheets, and request quotations for plastic moulded products.
Last updated: October 9, 2026
1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of ak-plast.com (the “website”), operated by AK Plast, the plastic manufacturing brand of Al Khaleej Polymers Rubber & Plastic Industries LLC, Plot No. L7 & 28, Al Ghail Industrial Area, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. For questions, contact info@akhpolymers.com or +971 55 512 8552.
2. Product information
We work hard to keep product descriptions, dimensions and material data accurate. However:
- material properties such as temperature ranges are typical values for standard grades, not guaranteed specifications;
- photos and drawings are for illustration, and colour, finish and appearance may vary;
- products and catalogue information may change without notice.
Please confirm the exact specification, material and tolerances with our team before ordering. The suitability of a product for a particular application remains the buyer’s responsibility.
3. Quotations and orders
A request sent through the website is an enquiry only. It does not create a contract. Prices, lead times and specifications are confirmed only in a written quotation from AK Plast, and every order is subject to that quotation and our terms of sale. A contract is formed only when we accept your order in writing.
4. Custom products, moulds, drawings and samples
- When you send us a drawing, CAD file, specification or sample, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that our use of it to quote for or manufacture the product does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
- Your drawings remain your property. We keep them confidential and use them only for your project.
- Moulds, tooling and processes we design remain AK Plast’s property unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Samples are made for fit and function approval. Approval of a sample confirms the product for production.
5. Use of the website
You agree not to misuse the website, including by uploading harmful files, sending spam, attempting to access it without permission, or copying its content in bulk.
6. Intellectual property
The AK Plast name and logo, website design, text, product photos, catalogue and drawings on this website belong to AK Plast or its licensors. You may view and download them, including the product catalogue, for evaluating our products. You may not reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.
7. Links to other websites
The website may link to other websites, such as WhatsApp or social media. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
8. Limitation of liability
The website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, AK Plast is not liable for any loss arising from use of the website or reliance on its information, including indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law. Liability for products supplied is governed by the quotation and terms of sale for that order.
9. Privacy
How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its last updated date, applies from the date it is published.
